PORTAL SPY BETA TEST - Terms and Conditions

Thank you very much for trying the Portal Spy
Beta release. Any feedback you provide will
be greatly appreciated. Sutro Software hopes
to iterate with prospective customers or
other interested parties to ensure that the
upcoming production release of Portal Spy is
as successful as possible.

What follows are some standard terms and
conditions that you agree to abide by when
evaluating the Portal Spy Beta release.

1. Sutro Software makes no claim or warranty,
   express or implied, regarding Portal Spy
   during this Beta test phase. The software
   is provided to you "as is" for evaluation
   purposes only and should be used at your
   own risk. You agree that Sutro Software
   will not be held liable for any damages
   arising from your use of the Portal Spy
   Beta release.

2. This document represents a license for
   you to use Portal Spy during its Beta
   testing phase. When the Portal Spy Beta
   testing period ends, you will need to acquire
   a new license from Sutro Software. This
   agreement is between you and Sutro Software
   only, and is non-transferable.

3. You agree not to decompile or otherwise
   reverse engineer Portal Spy.
